  • Orders: Your request to purchase Goods from SUFIANA.
  • Service: SUFIANA | Ethnic Wear India website (https://sufiana.store).
  • You: The individual accessing or using our website, or the company/legal entity you represent.

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Goods, or from the date a designated third-party receives them (if not a carrier).

To cancel your order, please submit a clear statement via email to sufianaofficial@outlook.com.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for your original purchase. No fees will be charged for the refund.

Return Conditions

For a successful return and refund, please ensure:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
  • The Goods are returned in their original packaging.

Items Excluded from Returns

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
  • Goods that cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g., perishable items, hygiene products after unsealing).
  • Goods that are inseparable from other items due to their nature after delivery.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for sale items. However, this may not apply if permitted by law.

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged items during return shipment. Proof of receipt or confirmation of return delivery is required to process your refund.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, the gift certificate will be mailed to you.

For gifts not marked as such or shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
